I agree, at least the author mentioned he realized what he did was wrong otherwise I’d be too irritated to continue to read this. MC said he’s gonna judge whether they’re evil to going straight to manslaughter lol
Honestly not his problem poor kid but her guardian should’ve been taking care of her instead this is all her father figures fault not the mc he has no obligation to save random people
My problem with MC’s is that his character is contradictory you can’t act righteous, pretend you want to live a normal and then you let a child get held hostage then kill her guardian then let her get killed but you save as you said “random people” from the Joint Alliance and that random tang clan member during the clan head competition, you also can’t storm into an organization and start a massacre when you want to live a normal life.
The truth is that MC just does as he wants, he’ll save if he’s feeling like it and kill if he’s feeling like it, so what if hes contradictory he is the strongest no one can judge him in essence he’s no different from heavens brilliance demon lord aside from interest.
To be honest makes sense. 100 years spent in isolation can make you cocky about your ability to save others or even empathy. Hes still understanding what a normal life is but his normal life ended literally the day after he spawned, he wasnt given much time to learn morals but theres improvement over time.
I feel bad for him..I hope MC learn from this mistake..
