Why bother trying to help a club. They are so in denial is funny. If I was in your shoes I’ll focus on joining a club that actually need scouts. Not this phatetic club
Yah I hear you but tbh the only reason he got the interview was because of personal relationships – other clubs, esp more established clubs, would have no reason to waste money on someone as young, unqualified and unproven as him. And without taking a gamble with his coach in order to get the interview, he wouldnt even have the Hesung success story to point to.
But yah this would be mentally such a pain. Something that must be so frustrating for him in such a hierarchical culture is still having to play small in the past even though he’s mentally much older. I think that cultural element also contributes to the reasons he has to defer. From what I have observed in SK work culture, standing out too much can work against you depending on a lot of different variables.
