I guess I’m struggling with the why of it all. Is he one of their descendants, was he good and people just talked him into thinking he was bad? Was he born with a quirk that activated on death? Did he summon them b/c of where he died? Was he a super great person who deserves to live again after working so hard?
They seem to be painting him as having given up so that last one doesn’t quite fit. Idk. I want to like it just, need a reason that fits for me too root for him
I think the reason is his love for music. Remember how he regretted and said that he loved music that he thinks it’s his life but it didn’t love him back? That might be the reason, he hated the music immortals(gods) for his lack of talent even though he loved music with all his being; So he pleaded for a second chance…
That’s how I interpreted it.
