And yet, he joins up with an assassin organization. Talk about flawed story.
He should have made sure to disappear from them as soon as he could.
How can he trust that they won’t use what they know about his ability?
Also, being part of an assassin guild would mean that you are supposed to follow orders. He doesn’t come across as a person who’d want to kill unquestioningly just because some person who thinks they should be obeyed says so.
Also, several times there have been indications that the assassins want information about them being assassins to stay hidden. What would then be the logical outcome if (when!) he wants to leave?
Compare his unquestioning (well, basically) attitude towards the assassins, with how he’s behaved towards literally everyone else (well, maybe not relatives, or that hunter teacher of his).
