No, it’s not a matter of whether Aoyuki can do it without damaging her surroundings or preventing casualties. Right now, even Fenfir had a tough time fighting Daigo. Aoyuki doesn’t want to recklessly send monsters after him, especially since Daigo easily countered a full-powered attack from a level 9000 opponent. Sending anything weaker than level 9000 would be a foolish and potentially fatal mistake.
Aoyuki’s main task is surveillance through her various monsters. If she leaves her assigned role to fight the intruder, it would create a hole in their security, allowing other intruders to slip in. That’s why she isn’t fighting him directly and instead commands Fenfir to handle it on her behalf.

The new chapter’s main highlight is about Light’s reaction to what had happened outside the Giant Tower via Aoyuki’s Telepathic-Link and he will go there to defeat Daigo alongside Nazuna before the EXP sicko can do more damage and even able to kill Founder Fenrir. In the same time, in a VERY annoying vein, Miki’s attitude changes VERY quickly the moment she hears about Daigo’s rampage as if she is finally “rescued” and then gloating about her fellow Master’s powers and even threatens Light and co. to surrender or let her go before Daigo can do more damage…which is a mistake as Light ignores her weird antics and go straight to the source against Miki’s “warning” about Daigo. Yeah, reality check also starting to kick in when Bee Master also confronts ALL LVL7777 floor bosses (with Mera herself has her own 4-0 win streak) who making sure that she ain’t going anywhere even if she resorts to use whatever her trump card she has in her sleeves (said trump card is referring to Daigo’s from both LN and WN). Furthermore, Light shows his wrath mode again for his plan to make Daigo suffer like the 4 of the 8 Traitors but he has to tone down his wrath a bit because Nazuna is scared it. After calming down for a while, this chapter ends with both Light and Nazuha making haste to the location where Aoyuki and Founder Fenrir at .
Call me crazy for saying this but, man. The irony about this twist of gratitude on Light’s part seemly implies that he would never even know his “Unlimited Gacha’s” secret nor even meet the Gacha’s summons had it not for him confronting the first giant monster back when he was still a LVL15 Human. Doubling down a fact that special dishonorable mentions about the first half of the 8 Traitors (Garuu, Sasha, Shion and Nano) also gives an implications that this Fake Master Incident some kind of odd sense of blessing of disguise. I dunno what to say.
As for Miki here.? Well, her WORST mistake is similar to the villains before her by gloating about Daigo’s Mystical Class weapon, ignoring a fact that Light has an unbroken win streak of 12-0 because nobody were capable to beat him. The only one that come close to force Light to stay on-guard is the Mythological Class Snake Weapon thing that Nazuna originally beaten with her Prometheus that is ALSO Mythological Class. And here is a thing : Nobody is going anywhere! Not Silica, not ANY Fairy Maids, and especially not the two intruding Masters for their own mess in the first place. Releasing her may going to risk her flee back to the Demon Kingdom and tell all folks in the Demon Kingdom everything about what she has encounter.

So. It’s not that Aoyuki can’t handle Daigo. Is that she can’t do it without damaging her surroundings or totally preventing casualties.
