That prince is so pathetic. And in a pervert sort of way, as well. Hope that the princess would put her selfish and greedy older brother locked up. For good.
I just have a GUT feeling that Clowe/Claw the prince is more evil as the result of him being spineless. Ya know, for a guy who is so vocal against his sister, he REALLY don’t feel the fit as the “future” leader for Nation of Mankind.
My thoughts exactly. He doesn’t care about anyone at all, let alone, his own sister. He wants to rule the kingdom in such ruin. But all of them came to a crashing halt, when they vote Lilith as the queen of the Human Kingdom.
He’s just a prick who sees others below him as inferior and subject to his will which makes him no better than the bigots of the other countries. Don’t worry. He’s about to get a wake-up call pretty soon now.
Clow had the same dreams as Lilith when he was younger. But the reality of the Human Kingdom crushed his dreams since, unlike his sister, he never met Light. Like the King, Clow is doing his best to maintain the statu quo and protect the Human Kingdom… even if it means selling his own citizens in slavery.
That seemly explains Clowe’s pragmatism. Still, the very pragmatism also ironically reflecting his own selfishness because he disregarding his very people he supposedly protect from the prejudice and discrimination by Demi-Humans. Whoever lives in the Royal
I mean, just how out-of-touch Clowe actually is for saying what he said in this chapter? The audacity to suspect that the Black Clown Mask is doing espionage for the Tower Witch……while he never said nothing about the real spies like Nono has been lurking in the capital for how long?
I have a feeling that Clowe’s villainy will gonna show itself by the end of the end of Nine Principality Summit Arc
Yeah well he tries to protect his kingdom. If the kingdom is allied to the Witch of the Tower who destroyed multiple Kingdom and empires, he thinks the remaining Kingdom and Empires will attack the Human Kingdom.
Also even if he’s aware of spies, what can he do about it ? Nothing, like everything else.
By the way, watch out with your hints.

Honestly in my opinion this Prince has no right to criticize a party that literally thrashed scum left and right. While he was complaining about his kingdom being slaughtered people are being slaughtered daily and he’s been doing nothing but sitting behind a comfortable room.
Yeah because you’re not in his shoes. Clow had Lilith idealism, but the reality he lives in crushed his ideals. Lilith being still young was yet to be crushed by reality and actually found an ally in Light.
Clow is not aware of who the Black Fools actually are.
Oh brother
Pal, this is just the beginning of the whole arc and yes, what you are witnessing is going to be this,
Clowe is about to become evil
Evil? Compared to the other threats in this Arc, this guy’s a total joke!
What do you mean She is about to become evil?

Heh, dude’s got priorities when he saw her…lolz

So he’s a dick and a coward who uses his fear as justification for selling out to save himself. Nice t’know 😑

Are you hinting at something? Like if you’re trying to nudge us into thinking some way, why not just spoil it?
I don’t know what he’s hinting to lol I read the Light Novel and so far he’s not that much of an evil guy, considering the circumstances he’s in.
Yeah well he tries to protect his kingdom. If the kingdom is allied to the Witch of the Tower who destroyed multiple Kingdom and empires, he thinks the remaining Kingdom and Empires will attack the Human Kingdom.

Doesnt this desillusioned prince turn traitor and work with others or did i misunderstand?
Yeah well given the situation he’s in, trying a coup d’etat is an acceptable move… since that’s what her sister does.
