sure but adding i’d be used to either “manager” or just “oppa” versus combining them lol, tho other than being more casual i’d think you’d be more formal with someone hired on as your manager lol

dude, it’s a normal honorific. If you know anybody who’s older than you in a close way you will call them oppa/hyung or unnie/noona
