The author just pulled this trick on us at the ending of last chapter, and, now, he’s ending this chapter in the same manner? Last chapter, it ended with the old dude saying things that were setup by the author to come off like rude input. The dark expression the author made him have really cemented the trick. It came off like he was looking down on the mc. But, again, it was just a trick by the author and the old dude turned out to be considerate and kind. However, I don’t think it’s going to go the same way this time. Pretty sure this younger dude is actually gonna be a dik. I guess, we’ll see… (watch him turn out to be another nice guy and that he was just tired). This sneaky-sneaky author😅.
I mean this is fairly wholesome and lighthearted compared to some actor series (despite his demon king past life lol) so it wouldn’t be too extreme on any jerks compared to the other child actor series where the adults are petty and staring beef with 8 year olds

Maybe he’s just remembering how hard it was as a child actor, since he’s there still working hopefully he’s not a bad person.
