I guess the authors not used to it, but that actors hairstyle looks more like a general western/european ranthet than black (altho I guess his name sounds French so maybe he’s mixed )

Well it makes sense for it to be a “westernized” hair style since they weren’t getting nominated for ‘standing out’, in order to improve the chance of getting picked they would try to ‘fit in’ by not looking as different. Before all the DEI/woke agenda it was a sad fact with hollywood they had less chance now it’s just reversed
