9 mil won is about 5 grand, for a piece this size by a moderately well known artist it’s a fair price, a painted reproduction would probably be running in the high 3 figures at the very least.
Though I guess with inflation it’s more like 10 grand, so a bit more expensive, but the people buying that aren’t really worried about spending that money.
