He really didn’t need to do the whole breakdown with him. You keep your cards close to your vest in case things escalate. If they escalate, it would be by the opposing sides doing and it would involve more ppl – the public, ppl in authoritative roles, or even both. That’s the time you bring out your cards. It destroys the opposing sides reputation, gives you the clear win, and makes your side standout positively towards those other groups now involved. It’s a win-win-win strategy. For this, all he needed to do (and should’ve done) was pull out the contract that they should’ve signed together. It’s a business. Without question, they signed a contract.
Lots of things get explained out for the audiences sake but other than being good at deals/art he’s not supposed to be a super cunning MC bent on revenge/to screw over jerks but there’s always gonna be arroagant entitled ppl esp college age trying to pull the bs Korean “hierarchy” with the sunbae/senpai bs but at least he has his own company

gotta love him being prepared but shame he cant be properly punished or so.if I were him id be petty and get him blacklisted.from.future big name companies but.mc isn’t thaf rich/influential yet versus spreading rumors
