Read the first few chaps on another site and I can confidently say I’m not impressed lol. I only read around chapter 2 until I started skimming it, and since its being translated here, then it must get good at some point, right? I don’t think I have the patience for that.
Anyway, I was intrigued with the mc being older, but then it fell into the same old tropes where he becomes insanely op right after he transmigrates. Evil or dumb? Goddess, a young girl who needs his help because everyone else besides the MC is a complete moron, the dialogue for the bandits felt like something you’d hear from a kids show, or something. Very bizarre.
And there was a rape joke towards the mc with monkeys, and I just, why? It wasn’t even funny. At least it wasn’t for me. Just cuz you censor something doesn’t mean I won’t still need to bleach my eyes.
Overall, not for me. Which sucks, but it is what it is. If it does get better, then I am open to giving it another try.
MC smokes a lot, immediate turn off, made even worse by the peach fuzz beard and pedostache, real shocker that considering the love interest is like fucking 16 and he’s 40.
