Irl, we fire incompetent people. Especially, if those people hold positions of directors and receive the high salaires that those positions come with! For a manhua’s story, though… apparently, they’re there until they take the building down around them😅!
If only they would fire incompetent people. No, many top international businesses will literally hire people and pay them to do nothing solely to spite other businesses in the same field. It’s the height of incompetency and somehow they all just keep getting government and bank bailouts.
