What do they mean ‘penalty for breach of contract’.
Part of the contract for HS to appear was for the judges assessments and activities to not be interferred with. And the grounds for this appearance to begin with was for the two composers to compete again.
In other words, it’s the production team that breached the contract and they should be the ones paying penalty fees for breach of contract!!!
