Report a listing

If you own rights or are authorised to act for a rights holder, use the copyright report form. Identify the protected work and its original source, the exact UTOON page concerned, your name and contact details, and the basis of your claim. The form asks for good-faith and accuracy declarations and a typed signature. Please avoid unrelated personal information.

How reports are handled

Reports are stored privately with a receipt ID for the site operator to review. We can pause or remove UTOON listings while investigating and may ask for further information or refer a report to the game provider. Content is hosted by the provider; removal from UTOON does not remove its source file. For that source, contact GameMonetize through its published contact information.

We may restrict repeated misuse or rights violations. If your listing was removed in error, submit a support report with the affected URL, receipt ID if known, and evidence of authority or permission. A support submission is not a formal statutory counter-notice.

Rights and affiliations

UTOON does not own provider games or their artwork and does not claim brand affiliation. Attribution or a provider embed does not itself establish permission. Listings raising a rights concern may remain unavailable until adequate evidence is reviewed.

Legal notices

This form is a general rights-reporting channel. It is not a claim that UTOON has a registered US DMCA agent or qualifies for any statutory safe harbour. Statutory notices and procedures may require additional information depending on the relevant law. Nothing on this page limits a right holder’s legal remedies.
